Seat Time
The older I get, the safer I want to be. Or at least seem. So upgrading the Spitfires old, tube frame seat to a full aluminum Kirkey. And besides safer, it is more snug which helps connect the ol butt dyno to the track.
Now, if I could only get the little guy to install it.

Good riddance.
Let us be done with snow. The poor 968 just received its summer slippers so if we do get more, I'll be barn-bound.
Goodbye 901
The 901 went back to Colorado the other to roam free with many other SPEC racers. Adieu. You taught me much.

Bar. Update.
There is one thing every aspiring writer requires.
A well-stocked bar.
Check.
I went for a New Orleans Bordello look. You might want to go for something a bit more sedate.

Lazarus
I rise, like Brett Favre, from the bench and return to my original blog.
Yes, Yes, all you followers. You mighty few. I will again regale you with stories of how to waste money on cars. How to improve your automotive fashion. And I just might expand a bit into the 'Fairfield County Lifestyle' arena. Just to poke fun at it.
Quick recap. Moved back East. Built a car barn. Restoring a barn-house. Oh, and bought a vintage race car after selling the 944 SPEC.
Attached find romantic image of barn under construction.

My Last Post. Here at Least.
I have decided to shut down this blog after three years, over 400 posts. And a whole bunch of awesome car sharing. It was so much fun. And I am glad that on average, 3,000 people a month from around the work check it out. I will leave all the content up, I just wont be posting more.
But, my new site greenfieldhillfollies.blogspot.com
will be taking up all my time.
I will be posting about cars, racing there too. But it will also be about our time building a new post and beam garage. Yeah! And just restoring and landscaping our new home. Which is actually a converted 1896 dairy barn.
And it is located in Greenfield Hill in Fairfield, CT. So, we will see how the pastural, crew up on the hill react to our ramshackle, creative approach to cars and all.
Please visit me there.
